Solid 925 sterling silver, hand-finished with a deep dark patina, it centers on a watchful "eye" sunk in a weathered bowl with a domed silver pupil, framed by rococo and baroque relief scrollwork with a touch of the grotesque. The signet face is roughly 18–20 mm across on a carved 5–7 mm band — myth, protection and wearable art on the hand.
